When I first received the news that I had HPV, I was overwhelmed and scared—like many people, I immediately thought about the risk of cancer. At the time, I found very little information about HPV types and what having the virus really meant. I also started using Australian Bodycare Tea Tree Oil. This oil is fantastic for disinfecting and preventing inflammation in the intimate area. It can be used in other ways too:

TIP:A few drops in toothpaste for oral hygiene.

3 drops on the tongue for the first signs of a sore throat (spread throughout the day).

Intimate Hygiene Washer with CDS

I highly recommend an intimate hygiene washer, which I find very helpful for maintaining vaginal health. Following Dr. Andreas Kalcker’s CDS cure, I mix 6 CD drops or 10ml of CDS with warm water in the washer. This solution may help with issues like candidiasis, cystitis, polyps, and more.
