Hi! My name is Vaida S. Andersen, and I’m the founder of Your Truest Self I/S. I’m also a mom of three sweet kids, and just like many of you, I’ve felt the changes that come with aging, especially after having children.
The idea behind Your Truest Self started as a way to help women like me navigate the challenges of aging. Our bodies go through so much as we grow older, and it’s not always easy to find what works to feel our best. Reclaiming your true self can feel overwhelming, and there’s no single solution that fits everyone.
